Michel Platini in Albania
UEFA President Michel Platini arrived today in Albania for discussions with the national association and government officials, as part of his four-nation tour that started Tuesday. Platini is scheduled to visit also other national sports academy and view the construction of a new training centre there, undertaken with the help of funds from UEFA’s HatTrick assistance programme. The legendary soccer player has already met with Albanian president Bamir Topi despite his busy schedule. Platini came to Albania after a visit to other countries in Europe last week he is to arrive in Romania. His trip will finish in the Czech Republic on Friday.
